How many diets have you tried, where you just didn’t see or feel the results you wanted?

Take me for example.

A few years ago I realized that I was at my heaviest weight ever!

I had gained a bunch of weight over the course of 4 or 5 years.

I had terrible eating habits:

Ate dairy all the time but was lactose intolerant (you would’ve thought I would have taken the hint that my body didn’t like it but NOPE)

Had candy bars or some sort of chocolate every weekday afternoon to get through the workday

Constant late night snacking, especially my old favorite, cereal

I felt awful pretty much all the time.

I barely had the energy to get out of bed and spent most of my time after work and on the weekends planted on the couch. I knew I had to do something, not just because I needed to lose weight but because I needed to actually feel good again.

I was really excited to try some different things, especially a keto-inspired diet approach. It worked in some ways but it definitely wasn’t the solution I was looking for. I lost a bunch of weight but I was super grumpy all the time and it was super frustrating to feel like I couldn’t freely choose what to eat.

THERE WERE SO MANY RESTRICTIONS!

Even cooking at home started to feel like a hassle.

I just couldn’t go on like this long term and knew that something else needed to happen. I needed to find a different approach to eating and staying healthy.

Then, in 2019 I found that solution!

It was a special program that ticked all of the boxes in what was missing from my previous attempts.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that it has changed my life.

Finally, I understand what my body needs and I know which foods make me feel sick and which make me feel great and keep me at my perfect weight.

And this is now the way I live.

I don’t feel like I made sacrifices because I feel great.
